The staff is friendly. Reception works 24/7. Rooms are cleaned everyday. For Birthday they put mini champagne.
The hotel is next to Termini station- the sound of the train disturbing at night

Friendly and helpful staff, great location (near to the Coloseum, Termini and the bus station back to the airport), great value for money.

the room was clean and had a balcony, the bathroom hâd all the necessary, îți was close to the Termini Station, îți was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable

Not the best, but not the worst
I'm a simple person, everything was OK for me specially the late check in and wifi but I know some people that would rate this hotel lower, in my case everything was good, not amazing but not bad
My room was really close to the entrance so it was really noisy and the TV didn't work also if you have breakfast keep in mind that it's really cold because there are just two tables inside and they have to keep the outdoor open cause the remaining tables are outside.
